Hello Grizzly Families,

We hope everyone had a great weekend with their families, only two weeks left in this school year!

Below we have included a few updates/reminders and noted some upcoming important dates. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Instrument Return

A school messenger was sent out by Ms. Jessome on June 13 regarding instrument return for the year. Please ensure you review the attached parent letter and ensure your child’s instrument is returned in time. As a reminder, Grade 7 and 8 band students will return their instruments on Friday, June 21 and Grade 9 students will return their instruments on Wednesday, June 26.

Last Day of Classes

As a reminder to all families, the last day of classes this year will be June 27. The schedule for June 27 will be a half-day and will follow the same hours as our typical Friday. This means school will be finished at 1:00 pm.

Uniform Update: McCarthy

We wanted to remind everyone that there has been an adjustment to the process of ordering uniforms from McCarthy Uniforms for the upcoming school year. Please find the attached documents with more information regarding the shift.

Used Uniform Sale

The Glamorgan Used Uniform Sale will take place June 20^th from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. If you have any used informs you would like to donate to our upcoming sale please drop them off at the office!

Lost and Found

As our year is coming to an end we are asking all families to please help remind your children to check the lost and found for any items they may have lost. Any unclaimed items will be donated at the end of the year.
