Meet the Teacher: September 3rd, 2026
Hello Grizzly Families,
We are so excited to welcome you to our Meet the Teacher evening this Thursday!
When
Thursday, September 3, 5:00 PM–7:00 PM
What to Expect
This is a casual chance to meet your child's teacher and connect with other Glamorgan families. It's not a parent-teacher conference, so this isn't the time for questions about how your child is doing academically.
Parent-teacher conferences will take place:
- Monday, October 19 – Virtual
- Thursday, October 22 – In person
Food Trucks
We'll have food trucks on site all evening so families can grab dinner, drinks, or snacks. Purchases are on your own.
Supervision
We are happy to welcome both students and their families, but please note that there will not be any formal supervision during the event. Children must stay with their families throughout the event.

No sign-up is required. Please come by for whichever time works best for your family.
Kindergarten
Schmidt – Room 30
Wagner – Room 31
A brief group introduction, then drop by your child's room and explore the school.
Choose: 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM
Grade 1
Klaassen – Room 22
Dimitriadis – Room 23
Brown – Room 24
All three classes gather together in Room 22 first, then head to individual classrooms for a 20-minute session with your child's homeroom teacher.
Choose: 5:00 PM, 5:30 PM, or 6:00 PM
Grade 2
Blanchard – Room 20
Baumgartner – Room 21
Harvey – Room 19
Each class meets separately for a 15-minute session.
Choose: 5:00 PM, 5:30 PM, or 6:00 PM
Grade 3

Each class meets separately.

Grade 4
Ali – Room 3

Each class meets separately for a 15-minute session.

Grades 5 & 6
Join us in the gymnasium at 5:00 PM for a joint presentation (about 30 minutes) covering:
- Google Classroom
- Field trips
- Assessment practices
- MyCBE
- And more
Afterward, visit your child's classroom.
Grades 7–9
Join us in the gymnasium at 6:00 PM for a joint presentation (about 30 minutes) covering the same topics.
Afterward, visit your child's classroom.
Music/French
Grades 1–6: Drop in anytime at the Band/Music and French rooms.
Grades 7–9: Band and French information will be shared during the Junior High presentation.
