Hello Grizzly Families,  

We hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! Last week, our Grade 7-9 band students participated in specialized clinics where they received private lessons from professional musicians. A big thank you to Ms. Jessome for organizing such a successful event, to our staff for their flexibility in providing space, and to our dedicated students for their hard work in each session. Your enthusiasm truly made it a memorable experience! 

Picture Day 

Just a reminder to all families, fall picture day is upcoming on Monday, October 7, all students should be dressed in their formal uniform for the day. Students who have Physical Education should also be prepared for the weather as the gym will be in use all day.  

Parent-Teacher Conferences 

Parent-Teacher conferences will take place at the end of the month on October 24 and 25. Information regarding our conferences and how to sign up will be sent out late next week. We are looking forward to connecting with our families again! 

OurSCHOOL Student Survey 

Students in Grade 4-9 will once again be participating in an online school perception survey for students called the OurSCHOOL Student Survey. This anonymous survey is completely voluntary for all CBE students.  Please find the details of the survey in this letter.

Don't forget to order for the upcoming lunch/recess events, order on www.healthyhunger.ca. Upcoming dates are listed below.  

Physical Education 

The school spirit store is now open! Please visit our online store at https://silverbackgroup.ca/glamorgan-school.html for all school spirit wear and gym strip. The deadline for ordering will be October 11. We expect delivery of all orders around a week after the deadline. We do recommend that students have two sets of gym strip for laundry days.
