This was an excellent week to connect with families, and we want to extend a sincere thank-you to everyone who was able to attend Parent Teacher Conferences, whether in person or online. We truly appreciate the meaningful conversations, collaboration, and shared commitment to supporting our students. We are grateful for your partnership!

Winter Concert December 16! 

The Glamorgan band students are very excited to share their progress at their upcoming winter concert on Tuesday, December 16 at 7:00 PM. Stay tuned for more details will be sent home soon to band families.  

Glamorgan School Food Bank Donation Drive 

Attention Grizzlies! As part of our character education unit on accountability and leadership, we a hosting a school wide fundraising drive for the Calgary Food Bank. Donations can be made directly to our fundraising website:

Gym Strip & Spirit Wear Orders Now Open! 

All gym strip and spirit wear orders will be processed during the last week of each month. Orders should arrive at the school during the first week of the following month. For example, any orders placed in November will be processed this week and are expected to arrive at Glamorgan School during the first week of December (September orders will also be included in this shipment). This ordering schedule will continue throughout the year.

Purdy’s Fundraiser 

Glamorgan Grizzlies - Want to know the most DELICIOUS way to support your community? Order Purdys chocolates from your fundraiser! 

This year, we’re hoping to raise $3000 for Glamorgan School, and we need YOUR help! 

From now until December 1st, you can order Purdys treats from your fundraiser by joining the campaign and browsing the tastiest selection of chocolates online. Shop gifts for family, friends, neighbours AND yourself in one convenient place. All orders are online and will be sent home with students on December 12th 2025.

Holiday Cheer 

The School Council is requesting donations to support deserving Glamorgan School families this holiday season. We are specifically requesting Real Canadian Superstore gift cards. 

 If you prefer, donations can also be sent via e-transfer to glamorganfundraisingsociety@gmail.com Please include “Holiday Cheer” in the note section.   

Donations will be accepted from now until December 12, 2025.
