We are excited to host our  Student-Led conferences on Thursday March 21 from 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm. All parents will be able to sign-up under their child’s teacher.  Depending on the Grade and Homeroom, you may be able to sign-up to visit multiple classrooms; however, you will only be able to sign-up for a 30 minute time slot with a specific teacher. All families will have up to 4:00 pm on March 21 to book a time slot. 

It is important to note that student-led conferences are not an celebration of learning, rather an opportunity for your child to demonstrate their current learning and understanding in each subject area.  Depending on the subject, your child will participate in various activities that are designed to show parents the work they are doing and how it is being assessed in the classroom. Students will partake in variety of instructional tasks, as well as working through Power School and Google Classrooms.   

We kindly as that you are on time and to please not stay longer than the 30 minute block provided.  Teachers will also be present in each classroom to help answer questions from the work students are doing.  Please remember that it is not a in-person conference and parents must respect the privacy of other parents and students in the classroom when asking questions pertaining to the learning of your child.
